What is the best season for trekking in Nepal?
The best seasons for trekking in Nepal are autumn (September to November) and spring (March to May). Autumn offers clear skies, stable weather, and excellent mountain views. Spring brings warmer temperatures and beautiful rhododendron blooms.
Do I need prior trekking experience?
It depends on the trek. Day tours and short treks like Ghorepani Poon Hill require no prior experience. For challenging treks like Everest Base Camp or Annapurna Circuit, some hiking experience and good physical fitness are recommended.
How physically fit do I need to be?
For moderate treks, you should be able to walk 5-7 hours daily on uneven terrain. Regular cardiovascular exercise (jogging, cycling, swimming) for 2-3 months before your trek is highly recommended.
Are your guides licensed and experienced?
Yes, all our guides are government-licensed, first-aid trained, and highly experienced. They are local Himalayan experts who grew up in the mountains with 10+ years of experience.

What is your cancellation policy?
We offer flexible booking with free cancellation up to 30 days before departure. Between 15-30 days, a 50% cancellation fee applies. You can reschedule to a later date at no extra cost, subject to availability.
Do I need to pay the full amount in advance?
No, we require only a 25% deposit to confirm your booking. The remaining balance can be paid upon arrival in Kathmandu. We accept credit cards, bank transfer, and PayPal.
What is included in the trek cost?
Our packages include: airport transfers, hotel & guesthouse accommodation, all meals on trek, experienced guide and porters, permits, national park fees, first aid kit, and Safar merchandise.
